Hi, everybody. We’re Nick and Amanda of Swift Distillery. If you’re just discovering the site you’re right on time. This is our first post. And we both want to thank y’all for taking the time to check it out.

Amanda and I spend six days a week making the single malt whiskey here at our distillery in Dripping Springs, Texas. Whenever we can, we love to share what we do with you.

Here, we’ll be posting details on the distillery, favorite cocktail recipes, events we’ll be at, or just answers to questions people tend to ask.
