Swift Distillery was founded by Nick and Amanda Swift, a husband-and-wife team who traded bug bites for copper stills and a dream that smelled suspiciously like toasted malt and oak.
We start with 100% malted two row barley, double-distill it in handmade copper pot stills, and finish it in world-class wine casks.
The result? A single malt whiskey with a sip that breaks down more barriers than a wrecking ball, and more character than Shakespearean play.
