Swift Distillery was founded by Nick and Amanda Swift, the husband-and-wife duo who traded comfort for copper stills and a dream that smelled like toasted malt and oak.
We start with 100% row two barley, double-distill it in handmade copper pot stills, and finish it in world-class wine casks. Each sip you take is slow, deliberate, and personal.
Because whisky, to us, isn't a brand. It's an understanding — from our stills to your lips, we're here to make life enjoyable.
